With the opportunities created under the FMC Act around crowdfunding and online investment, the team at Property Mogul had a vision for the future of property investment in New Zealand, and abroad.
We worked with the team on their branding and identity, and then proceeded to design and develop a prototype platform that allowed property owners and investors to sell and buy shares in properties online.

As people continue to utilise online services for more and more tasks, our goal was to provide as much relevant information to interested property owners and investors as possible, piquing their interest within minimal external interaction.
